I finally sent Eliza's care package off. I've had the care package items forever, and I could have mailed them a week ago. I was hung up on the letter to send the orphanage. I finally just sat down and wrote the darn letter. I described what was in the package, gave instructions for the camera and thanked them for caring for my baby. I so badly wanted to request that they keep her really warm, run to her every time she cries, and please not cut her hair in the next few weeks. I refrained. She really does look well-cared for, it's just that I'm her mommy and no one can do it like I can! I got teary as I wrote Wo Ai Ni. I wish I could put myself in this box. I keep telling myself, "a few more weeks.".

Hang in there Tiffany, WE can't wait to see Eliza in your arms either :')
So close! It has to be an awesome feeling to be sending your baby a care package! Soon she will be in your arms :0)
I wanted to say how excited I am to get to follow your trip to China and blog after Eliza comes home. I have been following your blog for a long time and it's so exciting to see the referrals come in (I must have looked at your site 15 times on referral day!). Your daughter (how cool is that to say?) is beautiful! I wanted to wait a while before I said congrats since that first week is really just a blur and I knew you had a million things to do.

You're right, no one can take care and love Eliza like you can! Eliza has a great care package coming with pics of her Forever Mommy!
What a beautiful post....it made me get all teary eyed.
That's sweet. I'm familiar with those teary feelings lately...
You are sooooo right!!! Only a few more weeks until Eliza day!!! Great care package....

Its coming so soon! This is exciting.
what a lovely care package! Your trip couldn't come soon enough!!
I'm sure they're taking great care of Eliza until you get there...it won't be long now!
I'm still hung up on the letter too. What do you write- "hey I'm the Mommy and I'm coming to get you?" Your care package looks great, and I'm with you, please don't cut my baby's hair!
You'll be going soon! So nice to be able to send a care package, yours looks great!
Care packages are so neat. I love to get pics of Maya in clothes that I send.

Wo ai ni! I love it! Ni hou! What a cute little package -- I'm most positive that Eliza will love it and will feel all that love with which it was sent! What a good mommy you are!
So nice! Soon you'll be giving her the things that she needs and telling her Wo Ai Ni in person!
Do they make boxes "Mommy-sized"?? I can imagine how badly you wanted to crawl in there. Soon, very soon, you will be there. This is the beginning of a very beautiful, very long life together. xo
