I just got updated info. on Eliza. My girl has one tooth, weighs 13.5 lbs., is 25 inches long and her feet are 3 1/2 inches long. I can't wait to see her!!!!
** As I was on the phone with my mom giving her the update stats, I measured a couple of Eliza's outfits I'm taking to China. I exclaimed to my mom, "These are never going to fit. They're only 22 inches long. I guess I need size 12 months." There was silence on the other end and my sister was standing in the doorway watching my little freak out in amazement. Eliza's 25 inches actually include from her head to her toes. The clothes only need to cover from her shoulders to her ankles...Eliza's head, neck and feet are surely longer than 3 inches. The clothes will indeed fit! Yes, my brain has officially stopped working. Hopefully I remember to actually pack clothes for the trip to China.

- I have hoped to be a mother for as long as I can remember. My daughter was placed in my arms on November 12, 2006 in Hohhot, China. Then, a little over 2 years later, right in my own state, my darling baby boy was placed in my arms. Dreams really do come true!!!

Tiffany, Eliza is getting SO close! What fun is right around the corner for you! I can hardly wait to follow your journey to her and home.
Dont feel bad when we had to figure out the kilos to pounds I had our daughter weighing in at something absurd like 900lbs. She was only 12 months old!!!! Its the stress man, the stress!!!Isnt it great.Oh and I grew up using kilos so I didnt really have an excuse.
Soon enough you'll be able to squeeze her into those little outfits all 25 inches of her.
