Merry Christmas

Christmas Morning 2006

I'm sitting here Christmas morning feeling quite lucky. Eliza is too young to understand the excitement of Christmas morning. I'm sure she also doesn't quite understand that she is my greatest gift. I am honored to be her mother. Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas, even though Eliza won't understand or remember today, I am glad she is home for Christmas this year. It just gets better and better I am sure.

P.S., I love the blessing dress you had made, what a perfect keepsake that will be for her.

Isn't it amazing to be a mom to these precious girls? I feel like the luckiest person in the world and I know you do to.

Thank you for sharing your life with us! My husband and I are in the process of adopting from China and I was drawn to your blog becuase of your daughter's name. We too, love the name Eliza. You look like you are a wonderful mom and very compassionate. I can really relate to your migraines. Your Christmas pictures are "real keepers." I pray that you and Eliza continue to form a wonderful mother duaghter bond. Thanks for sharing your life with us. It keeps me moving when "no one (family) really understands". Thanks for being an inspriation without even knowing it.
