This is all I can think of right now. I must say that I think signing has really helped with language acquisition. Eliza signs a word as she verbally says it and I am better able to decode her baby talk thus reinforcing what she is saying. It's shocking to hear her speak. What a big girl!

You bet it's your blog and you can brag all you want to! Hooray for Eliza!!! There was a day not too long ago when I kept a running list of all of the words that Chloe could say (spontaneously, without any coaching), and it was great to see! I agree with you that signing has made a HUGE difference--and you're the one I have to thank for getting me hooked on it. So, THANKS!!
Ahh--smart girl!
Brag on, mama! We love hearing about it :0)
I don't think it even counts as bragging when everyone wants to hear more about cute Eliza anyway! I think it is truly amazing how well she speaks, considering she heard a completely different language for the first 7 months of her life! What a girl!!
I love to hear what Miss Eliza is up to so brag away :)
Super cute - "Hi mom!" I can't wait to hear my own daughter say those words! And I still can't get over the pix from your Hawaii trip - too freakin cute! You should enter those in a cute kid contest. :)
I love it and I want to hear "more more more" bragging! I can't believe how quickly they change, i just saw her a month ago! You ready to come visit again ;-)
jme
Wow! We need to call her "The Great Brain." That's terrific. Except for maybe the no, no, no, no. If you know what I mean.
Yea! Isn't it thrilling to hear them learning new words and signing away?
Fabulous! She could not be any cuter : )
Eliza is Very smart. Emily thinks so too. She is trying to eat a mousepad as I am typing this. Talk about smart!! So fun to see Eliza's vocabulary list...it gives me hope!
Brag on Mama! Eliza continues to amaze me. She's so cute and smart!
Isn't it fun to watch them develope their speech? My girl is also starting to talk more - including "ow" when she bangs her head.
