Are you dating anyone...

a question I get quite frequently. No. I'll try that again in about 20 years or so. I think it would be such a disservice to my little family to have my attention diverted in such a way. "For where your treasure is, there will you heart be also"(Matthew 6:21). My treasure is my family and my home and that is where my heart is.

Bless your heart. I understand - I don't know how one does that in our situation and get everything else done - while still protecting our little ones from getting attached to someone who might not work out. If someone figures it out let me know!

Your little family is one of my favorites and if/when you want something or someone more... it WILL happen. I hate to see/hear doors shut to options and possibilities. The more you add to your unique and perfect little family the more unique and perfect someone needs to, and hopefully, WILL BE for you...for LaLa and for whomever else you decide to add. You know I have trials...and I am banking on it being totally worth the effort!
Nothing worthy of ownership is free or easy or painless...Damn!!!!
Peace Sister!

Well, it is clear that you feel so happy and fulfilled with your life! And that Eliza does too! Maybe someday, though... I'll still keep my eyes open for someone special for you two... if that is O.K.? He would be a very lucky man, indeed!

Funny...no one ever asks me if I'm seeing anyone - I guess they just assume not! I'm with you...I just don't have the time nor the desire right now. I'm thinking I'll just hook up with some guy when I'm in the nursing home!

I truly understand. I actually started dating a certain man about 5 months ago. Still trying to figure out how/if he fits in the journey. Then again, I don't have my girl home yet. Once I see her my heart might completely be taken by her!=)

In a way I understand you want to spend your time with Eliza. Although I am married and I truely love seeing the look on his face when he spends time with Mia. Maybe someday it will change. You get to share these once in a lifetime experiences with someone.

Trust me, dating during the wait is so not worth it most of the time! Thank you for sharing one of my fav verses.

Love to see how much your sweet girl is growing!
