Signed, Your Concerned Neighbor

Oh, yeah, that's right, I'm taking the neighborhood back. This place has potential. Some would say it's even the next "up and coming" area of the city. I guess I'll make it my mission to help it up and come a little sooner. And, I'm on fire! Oh no, no, no, you can't force me out of the 'hood. Since I'm here to stay...watch out! The parking enforcement peeps have been patrolling (um, no, you can't park your ugly motorcycle in the middle of the sidewalk...seriously), the cops have kindly driven by to make their presence known (per my request) and I have drafted a "neighborhood watch" letter that will be sent to every single person on my block stating the laws in SLC (and the numbers the normal neighbors can call to report any 'activity'). Now, I didn't say I was signing the letter. I may be on fire, but I don't want people coming after me! It will be signed, "your concerned neighbor". Hey, I can be a pain in the behind too!
