Precious pictures!!! No snow in Az.. So looking at it in your home state is just great. These are classic pictures. She is just getting so big, still as pretty as ever...Linda
WHAT are you kidding me??? I'm NOT ready for that. Holy cow. I can't believe it. I saw your headline & I'm like "hmm, maybe they made little snowflakes??" Holy moly, I am in disbelief...but there she is, eating snow. Wow.
I LOVE the shampoo/poo story. I laughed so hard. She is so funny. How funny- Livi also says "I'm two, you're five," although I just turned 30 so now she says "mommy's firty!!!" I like the poky thing too. Too cute!
Wow! You beat us to the punch! I kind of wish we got a little because Tess' Halloween costume is a Snowman and I'm hoping to get a CHristmas Card photo with it.
SNOW?!!! Oh that is so awesome I can't even imagine. We never get the beautiful white stuff here (ok, well to be completely honest I guess we got in once when I was about 8 or 9 and once in the early nineties, but that's almost never). Love the pictures. Please make a little snowman for Rose and Marie. xxoo.
So much fun! So no Inner Mongolian beauty for me, but I couldn't be happier with my Jiangxi Jewel! Is it just me or is the wait to actually travel kind of worse?! =) Keep warm.
SNOW??? Is the sky falling in? Looks like Miss E had a blast. Maybe one day Maisie will see the white stuff again... then again it may be a long time off!
Here in S. Calif. we visit the snow in the mountains, but it looks like a lot of fun. Been following your blog since you went to China (found you through Nightlight's Yahoo group). Love seeing Eliza growing up so loved.
Wow, nothing like some good snow photos to elicit comments, eh? Emma was THRILLED when she saw snow on the ground Sunday morning...had to go outside, make a few snowballs, get her Sunday shoes wet, etc. It was a blast.
I have hoped to be a mother for as long as I can remember. My daughter was placed in my arms on November 12, 2006 in Hohhot, China. Then, a little over 2 years later, right in my own state, my darling baby boy was placed in my arms. Dreams really do come true!!!
Eliza: (said to my sister's pregnant belly) It smells nice! 11.25.08
Jamie: Eliza, Why doesn't Beau come to church? Eliza: (without hesitation) Because he's naked. 11.23.08
Eliza: (After bath time playing naked on her bed) Hey mom, my bum is talking. 11.18.08
Eliza: I want to wear my princess dress (her new Christmas dress)! Me: Oh, Eliza, I don't know... Eliza: Mom, you just need to smile...and be happy! Me: (I did as I was told...smiled, gave her the dress and was happy) 11.13.08
Me: Liza, watcha doin'? Eliza: (sigh) Having a really hard day! 10.29.2008
Me: Eliza, please don't say poo. Eliza: Can I say shampoo?
Eliza: (said to Heidi) You Sophie's mommy? Heidi: Well, yes, sort of.
Me: (after getting a BIG hug) My cup runneth over! Eliza: I'm not a cup.
She asks every man that holds her, "Are you poky?". She hates the feel of facial hair!
When introducing Beau, "That's my sister, Beau."
Said to me, "I'm two. You're five."
"Mommy, you have to be patient"
"ANSWER ME" (as I was reading something on the computer)
"Mommy, I just made a mess" (boy did she ever)
"Don't do that, man. (said to a LADY...not a man)!

Oh my gosh! It was 80 degrees in Ohio yesterday.
Uncharacteristically warm. But certainly way too early for snow.
Yikes.... it's like waking up to an unexpected SHOCK!!! I knew the mountains were getting it, but in the valley???? One word...GLOBALWARMING!!!
Already? Wow. Makes me appreciate our 'Indian summer' just that bit more!
You are kidding!! It is 80 here and we may not get snow this year at all. Looking like a mild winter here. I am a bit jealous!
Wow, Eliza is just getting so pretty!! Love the snow pics!
Anne
... so jealous as i am sweltering in 87 degrees and 90% humidity!
NO WAY!!!! We are still in sundresses and shorts here. I hate the winter (I only like snow on Christmas Day), so I am glad I don't live in Utah!
So cute!!! As always...:)
Oh my! SNOW already. The pictures are so cute :0)
OMG! It's so strange to be seeing snow so early, even just sitting here at my computer. We're still sweltering here - got the A/C running LOL
Mali would absolutely LOVE snow to play in!

The pictures are super cute, I especially like the 3rd one where she is trying to eat the snow lol

So glad Eliza liked it....I didn't. She is soooo cute! Love her!
But it's October?!? How is it snowing already!! It's going to be 85 here tomorrow... I can't even imagine snow right now.

WOW - snow in October? I hope it's not a sign of a LONG, LONG winter! It was 89 degrees here in Florida today!
Snow...wow! We are still in flip-flops and shorts in Florida with 80degree temp. I wished it would snow here sometime. I sure miss it.

Adorable pics of your sweetie playing in the snow. Hopefully it didn't last too long. It's too early!

That is unbelievable! It does look pretty, but I'm not ready for snow yet.
PS love those gymmies...we had them last winter and wore them out!
