It was Christmas tree day at our house today!
I love that my favorite grocery store will tie the tree to my car.
Eliza really got into decorating this year! (Please take note of the size 4T "princess dress". I'm sure it will make a reappearance on a regular basis! She would sleep in it if I let her).
We kept lovingly referring to Tricia as Clark Griswold. She was put on light duty and was determined to do a really, really thorough job. We had 4 strands of lights, which was plenty. Tricia had used all four strands and more than half of the tree was without lights. She had to take them off and start over. She spent the rest of the evening trying to get them to blink properly. Unfortunately, she never met her goal. I have a feeling she'll be over before the the season is over to mess with them some more.
The entire group! Tricia, me, Eliza, Heidi, Jamie (who I haven't seen since college!). We had a great, festive night!

How fun! The tree looks great, as well as the rest of you! Happy Holidays. We really should get together. Maybe we should meet soon and go to temple square together. My kids always love to go see the lights! Let me know what you think.

Glad to see the princess dress getting more wear and of course there are more of those where that one came from. Tell her to concentrate on getting a little taller.

I had a lot of fun seeing you guys, meeting Eliza (even if she kept calling me Lucy) and trying to make sense of illogical lights. I thought you were going to find a way to stop my eyes from turning red....
