Baby names!!!

After hours and hours of pouring over names I think I finally have one. I was waiting for something to jump off of the pages of a baby name book with fireworks and lightning. Well, it kind of did!!! My criteria is that I want something that is not unheard of, but not too common. Something that is classic, but not too popular since classic names are “in” right now. As I was reading a post on the internet, I came across a name that someone just named their baby adopted from China…Eliza!!! It immediately caught my eye. I wonder why I hadn’t ever noticed it. I love it!!!! It’s a classic name that people haven’t discovered yet. I think it’s #300 in the U.S. I can call her Ellie or Liza for a nickname, both of which are really cute. It feels like every name I’ve considered all rolled into one. I wanted a name with at least 2 syllables, but preferably more. I would love to give her my middle name Eliza Michelle, but I also want to keep her Chinese name for her middle name and I don’t think a girl needs 2 middle names. It just gets to be a little too much. We'll see.
