The painting of the nursery has begun!!! I have had problems with peeling paint because I didn't prime the first time I painted. My house was built in 1954 and the paint that was on the walls was that ultra glossy (probably lead based) paint. Needless to say, I have decided to do it right this time. Today I primed the whole room. Tomorrow I am planning on painting the ceiling and trim, on Monday the walls will be painted pink, and hopefully on Tuesday I will do a little decorating. Don't hold me to it, but that's the tenative plan. Stay tuned...I'll post pics!

The painting has begun...
