Guess Who?
Guess who Eliza met today? You'll think I'm telling a tall tale given Eliza's love for this person. We were at the mall (Baby Gap to be precise) and we ran into Rachel Coleman. I was so excited I could hardly contain myself. It may as well have been Madonna! Anyway, Eliza was a little confused at my excitement. Rachel was very kind and sang the Signing Time theme song for Eliza, gave her an autographed pic and a few Signing Time tatoos. It was a very fun surprise and I was kicking myself for not having my camera (although I realized after the fact that I did have my cell phone with me...oh well).

I still wish you could email me a picture from your brain because I'm so curious what it was like. She does feel celebrity status to me - or family, I don't know which! I see her more than I do my famly (just on TV!).

Yes, she does live here in UT. I know they had casting calls a few months ago, but I found out too late. Darn!

Oh wow, that is big to see Rachel from Signing Time. I would have been all atwitter.
Let's get our girls together sometime soon...the summer's going by so fast!
Well I can say Eliza is such a doll! Be sure that you are on our Signing Time mailing list so you will know the next time we have a casting call.
You will also get an email if I am performing anywhere near you - which I am in UT in August HINT HINT.

Are you kidding that Rachel Coleman just commented on your blog!!! You are so lucky! We love those videos too (new ones just came in the mail today) and I know (from reading your blog) that Eliza is learning so much from them.
So, if Eliza doesn't make it on one of the Signing Time videos you should definitely enter her in a photo contest...she is just so cute!!!
