Year of the Rat
I must have been feeling rather energetic a couple of weeks ago when I volunteered to "help" Eliza's class celebrate Chinese New Year. One thing lead to another and I ended up making 40 cupcakes, 30 paper lanterns for everyone to decorate, 30 copies of a rat coloring page, a copy of a Caillou episode on CNY and I will also bring in a CNY book for her class to read. Phew! I think Eliza will enjoy and that was my goal!

I did nothing this year. I have had one bad luck experience with her class and trying to do something I decided that it wasn't worth it this year. cute rat cupcakes.

THose are adorable! We are making Year of the Rat headbands today, but that's the extent of our crafting, you went above and beyond...I may have to steal your cupcake idea, those are TOO cute!
