Tiffany and Co.

I meet with a real estate agent on Monday. If he thinks I can list my house for what I think I can I will probably put it on the market and see what happens. I'm in a good position to sell. I have lots of equity in my house and I'm not desperate to sell. My house would be considered an entry level house...the type of house a first time home buyer is looking for. Apparently first time home buyers are the ones shopping right now, so that's good for me. I got pre-approved for a loan yesterday. Man, the banks will definitely give me more than I feel I can afford. Anyhow, I've been looking around and I think I can get into my target area at this point. We'll see what happens. The only down side to selling is, it's a buyers market. I have to buy too, so that's a good thing on the other end. The other possible down side is that b2 would have to wait a little longer than anticipated. I can't imagine moving with two kids by myself and this does seem like a better order to do things. Like I said, we'll see what happens. No rush, but hoping for the right outcome, whatever that may be.
