A Little Better
Eliza slept pretty well last night. She got up twice, had a bottle, and then went right back down. When I changed her this morning I didn't notice any blood (sigh of relief). Her nose is still snotty, but I've been given some advice on that...if I ever make it to the store to get the home remedy that's been suggested, I'll report back on how it works. Little Miss is down for her nap right now, which means that I must throw myself in the shower!

I hope Eliza is feeling better soon. I don't know if this works or not but one of my experienced mom friends told me that she rubs a little bit of vaseline on her child's nostrils and it makes her nose not run as bad. That doesn't make sense to me but she swears it works for her kid. If you try it let me know what you think.
My daughter has had blood in her urine a few times. It is due to urinary track infections. She doesn't ever get any other symptoms. I am not saying that is what Eliza has. Just throwing out an idea and sharing an experience. Girls get them easily from bubble baths, to much soap in water etc. I am with you, if she does it again take her in. It is the mom's job to worry! I worry tons!!!! Here is to worring! Good luck. She is so beautiful.

I hope Eliza continues to get better and so glad going back to work went fairly smoothly. I dreaded leaving Sydney when I went back (after almost 5 months!), but she did much better than I did.
What a cute oufit! I need to get some of those cute clips, too.

Hi, I love your blog! I have checked in every once in a while since your trip to China. I hope Eliza is feeling better. She is the most beautiful baby girl I have ever seen. I hope we are as lucky. After seeing Eliza in the pink bear outfit in China, I had to get one similar to that. It was so cute. We got the white one from Old Navy. I am so happy for you and Eliza.
