Impulse Shopping

I have been feeling a little stressed and worn out lately. Eliza goes to bed between 7:30 and 8:00 pm. Since she goes down so early I decided she really wouldn't miss me if I went out for a couple of hours while she slept. The babysitter came and watched a movie (and made sure the house didn't burn down) while I went to the store solo. I love being with my little girl, but it gets mighty tiring hauling her cute little butt in and out of the car seat and she hasn't been in the shopping mood lately. Shockingly, I came home with the Scooba. It was on clearance and I've heard good things about it and quite frankly, I cringe every time I see Eliza pick up the smallest particles (mixed with a little pet hair) off the ground and eat them. Plus it looks really, really cool and I needed a prize.

Great new look! Ooo a few bloggers have purchased those recently! They sound great... might have to check it our - I'm online WAY too much, and when Bella hits home, they're be no time to do anything!

Wow, let us know how (and if) it works! I'm for anything that makes cleaning easier.

When Emma was a baby, I would occasionally get a sitter for a couple of hours on a Sunday afternoon just so I could go to Target alone...although I felt kind of guilty, it was worth it!

There's a run on those nifty robots lately. Let me know what you think of yours.

I haven't decided if my cats would be terrified or would attack the thing if I had one.

Nothing wrong with taking advantage of a mommy breather moment.

Sounds like a cool gaget! Let me know what you think of it. With two labs that shed about a grocery bag full of hair a day, it sure would cut back on my vaccuming time.

Hey Tiffany,

Thank you for the cute PJs! Emily really needed them. Eliza's expression is priceless when she is climbing in the stairs. You are going to have a run for your money with her! Hey, I thought Eliza was your Scooba....She probably doesn't mind picking up for you!
