Last night was the monthly SWAC (single women adopting from China) gathering. Lisa hosted at her house and made yummy Hawaiian haystacks. We did a little birthday celebration for Eliza and Charlee (Eliza is one day older than Charlee). I had plans of leaving early to get Eliza in bed, but we were having too much fun to leave. Eliza was so tired, but deliriously happy so we stayed late. Since Eliza went to bed 3 hours after her normal bedtime, I figured we would sleep in this morning. Eliza had other plans. She was up at her normal time and ready to go!

I LOVE my Single Adoptive Moms group! Looks like you guys have an awesome one too. It's so nice to have this kind of friendship, support and understanding.
Lisa is awesome! Will be fantastic when Tate is finally home and able to join in the festivities too!

The party looked so fun...but Bret says I can't join the Single Moms With Children from China group. Oh well, Emily and Eliza will hopefully like each other anyway!

It was fun!!! I guess Eliza did not get the memo about sleeping in after a weekend party!!?? Boy the things we will have to teach our girls!!!
