- I have hoped to be a mother for as long as I can remember. My daughter was placed in my arms on November 12, 2006 in Hohhot, China. Then, a little over 2 years later, right in my own state, my darling baby boy was placed in my arms. Dreams really do come true!!!

Tess just got a haircut and a couple inches off. I want to grow her hair long, but it is not thick enough - not nearly as thick as Eliza's and it just doesn't look right. So I will keep her hair at her current length until it thickens up and then grow it long. I am still trying to grow out her bangs and it is a long and painful process!

Can't beleive how long it was. The last time I tried to cut Can's hair, it had to be shaved. I have left it to someone else for the last 5 years.
