- I have hoped to be a mother for as long as I can remember. My daughter was placed in my arms on November 12, 2006 in Hohhot, China. Then, a little over 2 years later, right in my own state, my darling baby boy was placed in my arms. Dreams really do come true!!!

Eliza's face tells the whole story. She looks so in love. And you are the mother of a son! You and Eliza will love having a boy. He is so darling. Oh my, oh my, oh my!!! I did not know that this was going to happen so soon. I am SO excited for you. Congrats to both you and Eliza. What an amazing moment. Tears of joy are in my eyes. WOW!
Tiffany and Eliza, you know we're over the moon for you two and can't wait to see and touch (with properly sanitized hands) your new treasure. Announcement of Solomon's birth and adoption at dinner last night got quite a discussion going about being born versus being found versus foster mom versus birth mothers versus "real" mothers, whew, and it will all start again after we get to visit your new treasure.
