Surprise!

Beau and Mesa

Last Friday I was meandering about my back yard as I was chatting with my mom on the phone. I was so busy talking that I didn't hear a certain someone's car pull up, but I noticed a beautifully wrapped surprise waiting for me by my back door. I said to my mom, "Oh, someone left me cookies. There's not a name on them. Hmmmm, maybe there poisonous cookies?" As I unwrapped them I noticed a cute, familiar rubber ladybug. I exclaimed, "Oh, these are disappointment cookies, I have to call Lisa!!!!" I got off the phone with my mom and promptly called Lisa and told her to turn around and come back. Since she was almost home, she picked up Mesa and they both came for a visit. Beau had a wonderful time guarding his chew sticks and acting like TOUGH STUFF by giving poor, innocent Mesa a little love bite here and there. Mesa took the abuse like a champ! After a quick tour of the Eliza section of the house, we took a field trip to Lisa's house to view the Tate section of her house. Very cute stuff! Thanks for the surprise visit, Lisa and Mesa!!!!!
